2016 – 2021 Strategic Plan

ADP exists within the policy, regulatory and political environment of Alberta and the unique public-private- partnership (P3) model of ADP has been extremely resilient and adaptive since its inception. The organization’s strategy must be aligned to its mandate to ensure key geospatial data sets are complete and accurate, that they connect the creators and users of geospatial data, and that they create a forum for discussion around geospatial data.

The strategic renewal process undertaken in 2015 involved re-examining the mission, vision and goals of the organization to ensure ADP is headed in the right direction and evaluating issues and opportunities for ADP moving forward to ensure it achieves its vision.

ADP is excited to share the key elements of the resulting 2016-2021 Strategic Plan and welcome any comments that our stakeholder community has.
